Why are half of new drivers failing their road tests?
“I’ve always maintained that the written exam – the test you take to get your learners is far too easy. But the road test obviously there’s ramifications and that’s excellent… Everyone that applies for a driving test (should have to go) to a driving school first, not have been taught by Mommy and Daddy who all have bad driving habits. If ICBC and the government were really serious about saving lives, that’s what they would mandate.”
