People generally go 10kms over the speed limit anyways – again we can talk about artificially lower speed limits, but if you look at Alberta for example, their highest fine for speeding is $991… BC it’s $483… In Washington State, if you’re going 35 miles over the speed limit that’s a $423 fine and that’s (USD)…
